Where do we ship to?

We ship to most countries in the world. If you are unsure whether we ship to your desired country, do contact us here to clarify.


Customs Tax

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the local country's law. INNOVATIVE is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products or services. Shipping rates are estimates and may depend on different policies and tax rates applied per country of import. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. All return costs caused by failure to sign for packages / products will be the responsibility of the customer and not INNOVATIVE.


How long will it take to ship my order?

It will take 3-4 business days to prepare and package your order. We will send you an email to notify you that your order has been shipped.

If you have not received our email, please check your junk email folder. Contact us immediately if you have not received your parcel's tracking number after 4 days.


How long do I have to wait for my pre-ordered item?

All pre-ordered products will be delivered 30 days after order is received.
